Scholarship Coverage & Benefits

Selected candidates for the EAC Regional Centre of Excellence Scholarship will receive:

Full Tuition Fee: €6,000 for the full duration of the program.
Return Airfare: Economy-class flights from your country to Kigali and back.
Daily Living Allowance: €60 per day (or equivalent in Rwandan Francs) during in-person sessions in Rwanda. This allowance covers accommodation, meals, and local transportation.

There are a total of 124 scholarships available across the following programs:

Master’s in Health Supply Chain Management (MHSCM) – 40 Scholarships
MSc in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance (MPAQA) – 28 Scholarships
MSc in Vaccinology (MVAX) – 28 Scholarships
MSc in Medical Products Regulatory Affairs (MPRA) – 28 Scholarships

These postgraduate degrees are designed to enhance capacity in critical public health sectors across Africa.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the University of Rwanda EAC scholarship 2025, applicants must:

Be a citizen of a selected African country (check UR website for eligibility).
Hold a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the chosen field of study.
Meet the academic entry requirements specific to the chosen Master’s program.
