Children of Knights of Columbus members killed or permanently disabled by hostile action in designated combat zones, or children of firefighters/law enforcement officers killed in line of duty. Must apply within 2 years of death/disability, be admitted to a Catholic college bachelor's program, and be under 26 years old.
